CBD Oil

CBD oil has been reported to ease menstrual cramps topically and when taken sublingually. Topically, the tincture can be mixed with a carrier oil and applied to abdomen and lower back/sacrum area. A few drops under the tongue has also been reported as an effective treatment.
Clary Sage Essential Oil

Clary Sage Essential Oil

Mix 3 - 4 drops of oil with 2 tablespoons of carrier oil of choice (i.e. olive, coconut or almond oil). Rub directly onto painful areas of abdomen and lower back/sacral area.
White Willow Bark

White Willow Bark

The usage recommendation in oil or capsule form is usually 60-240 mg per day. A tea can be made with dried white willow bark, and can be drunk 3 - 4 times throughout the day to ease cramping.
