It is suggested to rub arnica gel onto sore muscles and joints twice per day.
Epsom Salt Soak

Epsom Salt Soak

A common remedy is to add 2 cups Epsom salt per gallon of water to a warm bath or basin, and soak for 20 minutes.
Peppermint Essential Oil

Peppermint Essential Oil

It is recommended to mix 2 drops of peppermint essential oil with 2 tablespoons of carrier oil (i.e. coconut or almond oil) and apply to affected area. 2 drops of peppermint oil can also be added to a bath.
