Eat raw, blend, or juice one handful of cranberries twice daily. In tablet form, take 2 tablets daily with water.
Goldenseal

Goldenseal

Adults are recommended to take 500-1,000-mg doses of goldenseal tablets or capsules up to 3 times per day. Other forms of goldenseal are suggested for adults at 30 to 120 mg of standardized extract or 2 to 3 mL of goldenseal tincture three times every day.
Raw Garlic

Raw Garlic

Raw garlic is highly recommended for a UTI. 2 - 3 cloves can be taken with water, steeped to make tea or wrapped in gauze and inserted as a pessary. All forms of treatment can be done several times per day.
D-mannose

D-mannose

The standard dosage of D-mannose for a UTI is 500 mg, in capsule or powder form, taken with a glass of water or juice every 2 to 3 hours for five consecutive days.
