Cold Therapy
It is recommended to submerge the entire body up to the neck in cold water (32 degrees Fahrenheit) between a minimum of 10 minutes and a maximum of 20 minutes.
doTERRA Deep Blue Rub
Apply rub directly to sore muscles as needed throughout the day.
Epsom Salt Soak
General recommendation is to add 2 cups of Epsom Salt to a warm bath and soak for at least 12 minutes.
CBD Oil
Positive results have been reported for sore muscles by taking 1 - 3 drops of CBD oil sublingually or adding the oil to a muscle cream/carrier oil of choice and rubbing into sore muscles 2 - 3 times daily.
