Common directions are to add 3 teaspoons of honey to 2 cups of warm distilled water, then apply the mixture topically around effected eye 4 times per day.
Breastmilk

Suggested use is to apply 1 - 2 drops of expressed breast milk to effected eye every few hours. Raw goats or cows milk can be used if human breastmilk is unavailable.
Apple Cider Vinegar

Apple Cider Vinegar

General usage is to add 1 tablespoon of ACV to 1 cup of distilled warm water, then dip a cotton ball in the solution and wipe around the eyes and in the corners. Solution can also be dropped directly into eyeball.
