Suggested preparation is to add one teaspoon of freshly chopped ginger in 1.5 cups of hot water and bring to a boil. Cover and steep for about 10 minutes. Strain and sip this tea slowly several times per day.

Recommended use is to add one teaspoon of dried peppermint leaves in a cup of boiling water for 10 minutes, strain and cool before drinking. This can be done 3 – 4 times per day between meals.
