Peppermint Essential Oil
Suggested use is to mix 2 drops of peppermint essential oil into a tablespoon of a carrier oil of choice (i.e. coconut or almond oil), then rub mixture into forehead and back of neck.
Apple Cider Vinegar
General use is two cups of apple cider vinegar to hot bath water, soak for 10-20 minutes to relieve symptoms.
Cayenne Pepper
Success has been reported with 1/2 teaspoon of cayenne pepper on food or in water upon onset of headache.
