Hydrogen Peroxide

It is recommended to mix 1-2 tablespoons of hydrogen peroxide with 2 to 4 oz of luke warm water. Tilt your head to the side and place 3 - 4 drops of the mixture in the ear and allow it to sit for 5 minutes before draining and wiping gently with a washcloth.
Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Suggested usage is to slightly warm 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil and then place 3-4 drops of the warmed oil into your ear canal with the head tilted. Let the oil sit in the ear for 7-10 minutes before letting it drain and wiping with a washcloth. Repeat as many times as necessary.
Ear Candling

Ear Candling

The suggested procedure is to lie on your side, then place the candle in your ear canal. Have a practitioner or trusted person light the opposite end of the candle and let it burn for about 15 minutes. Flip over before treating other ear.
