Raw Cabbage Leaf

for Tendonitis

One recommendation is to make a compress with a cabbage leaf by removing the outer leaves and rolling them flat with a rolling pin before placing the leaves directly onto the affected area and wrapping them in place using gauze. Leaves should be left on for 1 hour and the compress can be done with new leaves 3 - 4 times daily. Leaves can also be made hot or cold using the microwave or refrigerator.
